QVM is a Private company founded by Mr.V Madolo who at the time was still completing his studies in Quantity Surveying studies at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.QVM is a 100% black owned company, a 100% youth owned company which prides itself in producing quality work for employer’s and aims to give value for money in our final product.QVM owes gratitude to its establishment to NYDA a government driven initiative to boost entrepreneurship. The owner and director of the company has 4 years experience in contracting in Building and Civil works and has worked in a consulting capacity working for an Engineering company.QVM is a SMME type of company and aims to establish its position as a vital role player in the emerging contracting and consulting construction industry. Our network ,affiliates and qualified personnel enable us to handle more complex jobs .Through good leadership and adhering to by laws of our industry we will succeed in our endeavours.QVM has the ability to mobiles labour force when ever the need arises as we are still emerging we only employ labour on a temporal basis. But we keep a very high skilled data base of labour and artisans.
THE DIRECTOR
Mr V.Madolo
The Director was born In the Eastern Cape, Mthatha in the former Transkie area, studied in Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.He studied Quantity Surveying and has working experience in both contracting and consulting. The director was first initiated to the industry by working for in a Building & Civil Contractors and Engineering Consultants all in Port Elizabeth.The director through networks formed in both University and the industry itself has consolidated major role players in his data base and therefore can summon at will when complex jobs arises.
